Born in Palermo in 1981, fascinated by house music and vinyl, Gabriele Mancino buys his first Turntable in 1999. In the same period he starts to working into his best friend’s record shop where he can discover many types of new musical genres which will be fondamental for the creation of his dj set, spacing from deep-house and nu-funk to tecno-Detroit. From there he starts his first experiences as Dj resident and important national gigs as: Sottomarino giallo (Mi), Binario 1 (Mi), Motorshow festival (Bo), Vola (Ct), Zo (Ct), Native (Me), Movid@ (Pa), Pascia’ (Tp), Grog (Cl), Black out (Cl), Comida (Ag), Exes (Pa), Xona tech festival( Pa), Bier Garten (Pa), Blow up (Pa) and many others. During his experiences he has the opportunity to share his set with very important deejays as Timo Maas, Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Lil Louis, Steve Kotey, Kenny “Dope” Gonzales, Monoroom, Italoboyz, Marshall Jefferson, Terry Hunter, Dave Piccioni and many others…and in 2002 spins the vinyls in the after-party of Jamiroquai’s concert in Catania. Startsnto work as producer in 2008 for the italian label Recline and his first release “MAH!-Apple” is remixed by Francesco Farfa. The track reaches the 6th position in the Juno chart in the first week. The single enters in 3 digital compilations: Underground selection n.1, 2 and Summer Tools, with artists like dj Uovo (Pastaboys), Santorini, Mic Newman, Aldo Cadiz, Terje Bakke. In 2009 he creates the soundtrack for the launch campaign of the street-wear brand Dud. In 2010 he is selected for the national event Elettrowave challenge and released by Mazoom Lab and Multi Vitamins. His tracks are already played and supported by Danny Tenaglia, Richie Hawtin, Nic Fanciulli, Paco Osuna, Claude Vonstroke, Mark Henning, Simina Grigoriu, Brothers Vibe, Gregor Tresher, Hermanez, Ralf, Francesco Farfa and more……….
